The best time in the summer is to go at sunset, which is usually some of the last "flights" around 8.30-9pm. The pods are not crowded and the sunset is amazing to see from this angle over London. I think we had 6 people in our pod (me included) that evening we went. :)

I am in my cube at work looking at a photo from a pod from October of 2006. Big Ben reads almost 8pm and the sky looks amazing!!!
I will (fingers crossed) be there in August...so maybe a sunset flight is in my future!
